Yoga for our elderly yogis

Over the years we become grayer, hopefully wiser and also stiffer.

For who: A yoga class has been put together especially for elderly yogis amongst us. For the less mobile participant the class can also be joined on a chair.

When:
Tuesdays from 11:15 – 12:30

The class:
In this class extra attention is given to keeping the body flexible by adjusted yoga poses as well as developing attention for a healthy lifestyle and thinking, through breathing techniques and meditations.

Following the class there is room for a chat while enjoying a cup of tea.
