In general we start with a moment of silence, peace and relaxation. After this we start moving by bringing the breath and movements in sync with each other. We usually do some warming up exercises, followed by some seated poses, inversions such as a handstand, headstand or shoulderstand or a variation depending on the level of the class. We usually end the class with a meditation.
